My birthday!

Last year I had Thanksgiving be my
birthday celebration.
I am SOO excited for my birthday! I am trying to pry what I'm getting for my birthday from my siblings. I overheard my little sister Lily telling one of our friends: a teapot set. I want:

  1. Key chains for my class at home
  2. There were these yo-yo-like balls that lit up when they hit the ground; I want one of those
  3. A kitchen set
  4. There are these bird instruments that you put water in, and blow in it, and there is a bird sound, I want that
  5. A blender that half works
  6. And a loose tooth! (which I have.)
  7. Uhh... something.
I am so excited. My little sister has a day off from her Peruvian school-perfect timing!-so we are going to go swimming. The pools here are really warm because they are heated by a non-active volcano. Then we are doing El Bichito, presents, and going out for dinner at a delicious place that I will choose with cake that I will choose! I guess I won't go to swim team, because here if it's someone's birthday, they either smash an egg in your hair or push you into the pool with your clothes on. And my birthday's on a swim team day! So I'm not going. Anyway, if I did, I would miss the cake and restaurant. I'm going the day after. We are trying to watch a movie at the theaters after that, but there aren't any cool movies. If there aren't any by Saturday, we might watch a movie at home. Whichever option, we are going to have gorp! That's treat cereal, raisins, candy, and non-treat-cereal mixed together. EXCITED!!!!!
And my cousins in Hong Kong sent me 10 Hong Kong dollars.

EXCITED!!!

  2. Happy Birthday Sierra! I hope you are having fun! We are so sad to have to miss you on your day. I hope that you are enjoying having your birthday with your family! Good idea not going to swim class today I wouldn't like an egg to be smashed on my head or being pushed into the water with all my clothes on! We miss you!!!

It’s good that you’re taking a day off so you can celebrate! You need some time off to celebrate and to rest. You have been working so hard. 11. Happy Birthday Sierra! It seems like you have such a great day planned for you. I have had gorp and what I had seemed a little bit different from yours. My does not have cereal but instead, nuts. It would not seem to be at swim team today. Not a lot of people would like to either have an egg dumped on your head, or be pushed into the water with your close on. I have never seen a Hong Kong dollar so that must have been cool! Well, anyways, I hope you are having a great birthday!

  15. First I have to start with Happy Birthday! You have been having a lot of fun there and have been helping kids with reading. I love how thoughtful you are to do this just for those kids that need help with reading, math, and writing. When you leave peru the people are really going to miss you and thats a good thing because that means they love you and they are happy you helped them to things that they can’t really do well. Enjoy celebrating your birthday with your peru friends. I am Meghan and I hope you enjoy the rest of your trip.

  17. Happy Birthday Sierra! I hope you have a special day today! Maybe your parents will get you all of those things that you put on your list because you’ve been working so hard, helping the kids to learn, and to read, and to write and all of those things. Maybe, in since you like books soooo much, you can find so books that are about myths. They are really good books! They tell you about things that happened a while back, but thats what they thought. Anyway I hope you have a fun and have a happy birthday Sierra!
